My laptop is out of warranty since SupportAssist worked just fine till a week ago. Just ran SupportAssist again without changing anything and it's working again.

Also, after trying to print, the printer will printer nearly pages of "code" as she describes it I'm assuming it's just a bunch of symbols, not any kind of text.
